Our eight apartments each have 2 bedrooms. Seven sleep 4 guests and one Garden View apartment sleeps 5 guests. Book the lot and you've got accommodation that sleeps up to 33 guests in one place.

Pricing

Whole-property bookings start from $2400 a night, with discounts for longer stays. The exact rate depends on your dates and how many nights you're after, so get in touch and we'll work it out with you directly.

What you get with the whole property

Every apartment comes with its own kitchen (hotplates, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), living area and bathroom. On top of that, an exclusive booking gets your group the run of everything shared: two BBQs, a wood-fired pizza oven, the saltwater pool, the games room (table tennis and more), a fire pit for the evenings, complimentary bike hire (subject to availability), and the open lawn area at the back of the property with Mount Buffalo sitting right behind it — the obvious spot for a group photo, and it doesn't take much to make it a good one.

Enough separate apartments that different groups can each have their own space and their own bathroom, plenty of common ground to spend time together, and a games room and pool to keep the kids occupied while the adults catch up.
